I lived in these apartments for two years and the only good thing for me was the management. Lupe is amazing and she honestly cares when you have an issue. The maintenance men are very prompt and helpful. The apartments themselves are good. DONT LIVE UPSTAIRS. The apartments gets really hot and the air conditioners aren't powerful enough to cool the entire apartment. The people are inconsiderate. They smoke right in front of your door. They slam their doors. They yell at their kids as if there... aren't 40 other residents living in the vicinity. It does have assigned parking but people don't care and they'll park in your spot or have their guests park in there. In front of the apartment is really nice however once you move in then you'll start to see roaches, old pipes has a bad smell, somebody might be in your parking spot, & it's falling apart . Only good couple of things are it's a pool, neighbors are friendly, & they at least try to clean up.
