This student housing is an absolute nightmare. Homeless people occupy the hallways, turning it into a safety hazard. The area is a breeding ground for crime, with numerous reported attacks on residents. Car break-ins are rampant. The management couldn't care less once you've signed the contract. Even after having a positive pre-checkout inspection to avoid cleaning fees, they still charged extra and are not responding to any of my emails. The place is infested with spiders and roaches crawling... out of every crevice. Don't be fooled by the deceivingly nice pictures online; this place is a complete dump. Been here since 2019. Been dealing with roaches, people letting their dogs pee & poop in the halls, elevator, & sidewalks. Package theft. Dirty halls that recently started to be cleaned once in awhile. Trash bags in the halls for days because of trash valet causing the place to reek. Homeless living in halls, staircases, & right outside the courtyard. I don’t even know where to start. They give tenants apartments in poor conditions but charge an arm and a leg simply because they provide a few extra amenities. There is a pest infestation on all of the apartments. Security is a joke, homeless people are always coming into the complex and sleeping on the stairs and going through the trash. They claim to be a smoke free environment but all you can ever smell is cigarettes and marijuana every night. Also, upon move out, expect to be charged $50... for one of their underpaid student workers to come into your apartment and clean a piece of lint off of your sink (wish I was exaggerating). Read More
