I loved this property it was close to the university walking distance nice neighborhood.Management was fast on fixing my dishwasher, they are always there to answer my questions.Has come a long way over the years.

I was skeptical at first with reviews but after coming and seeing the property I liked it management staff was friendly and easy process to apply.

Your apartment will never look like the model apartment. They have a severe roach, flea, and spider problem with noisy tenants blasting music until 2 am. They will charge you the highest deposit they can and you won’t be getting it back as they charge you for everything when you move out that they’re supposed to do!

Poorly maintained property now they painted it with some horrible colors it’s so awful to look at and embarrassing . manager doesn’t do their job of taking care of noisy tenants. Apartment has smell. It’s not a long term place you want to call home.

There were abandon furniture all over the site, including a couch, mattresses, and washers. The unit smelled like they sprayed it down with Raid. This pace looks sketchy that’s why it’s so cheaply priced.
