I was skeptical at first with reviews but after coming and seeing the property I liked it management staff was friendly and easy process to apply.

Your apartment will never look like the model apartment. They have a severe roach, flea, and spider problem with noisy tenants blasting music until 2 am. They will charge you the highest deposit they can and you won’t be getting it back as they charge you for everything when you move out that they’re supposed to do!

Poorly maintained property now they painted it with some horrible colors it’s so awful to look at and embarrassing . manager doesn’t do their job of taking care of noisy tenants. Apartment has smell. It’s not a long term place you want to call home.

There were abandon furniture all over the site, including a couch, mattresses, and washers. The unit smelled like they sprayed it down with Raid. This pace looks sketchy that’s why it’s so cheaply priced.

A place to live is good enough. The apartment was not ready when I moved in after the people left. I did not have a good apartment, since the door was broken (fixed) and weird smell coming from the apartment. I have tried all the ways possible to make it better, but it never works. I have been here for almost a year now and I want to move to another apartment complex. The great thing here is that the water is free, with gym, and pool!
