Ive lived here for 10+ years I really cant imagine another place like this, the office people always work with you and are responsive when theres something that needs to get done. The maintenance people are always respectful and genuine with their work never leave a mess 2 of them speak both fluent spanish and english. Been living here for a while now and have no complaints! Office works as quick as possible to get any maintenance issues fixed and love that it is pet friendly

I can handle the very thin walls, excessive noise, and terrible parking. What I do need to complain about is the staff. If you ever need any kind of maintenance done in your apartment, you need to tell the office at least 3-5 times (and they rarely answer the phone) before they ever follow up or do anything. They have 1 or 2 maintenance workers who are rarely here. We have had multiple on going issues in our apartment that we have repeatedly told the office about and never get fixed. I have had... to call an outside source (plumber, etc) multiple times and pay a lot more money to fix leaks because the maintenance here NEVER SHOWS UP. They never get paperwork ready on time and dont do anything they are supposed to on time. I genuinely have no idea what they do everyday because they don’t do their jobs. I have lived here for 16+ years and everything has always been good. The people in the office has always been kind and respectful, the manager Michael is always willing to help when he can and always finds the best solution to issues if one does arise. The maintenance is kind and they always clean up and do the job perfect the first time. Overall this complex is great and almost make you forget when they were built.

Paper thin walls you can hear EVERYTHING!!. Honestly uncomfortable to even have family over. Management claims to be strict on crime or violence but won't do anything if you are being harassed by a neighbor (who isn't on the lease!!!) neighbor had cops called on them for being violent but are still welcomed here. My family was harassed for a long time we had wine thrown in our back tent . Constantly getting flipped off through the windows.
