This apartment complex is decent, near the Bay Trail, close to 580 freeways, and away from any sketchy areas. The community is fairly safe and clean and quiet. There were two instances where I heard a woman screaming and crying, pounding on the wall and another woman's voice in the middle of the night saying "help me!" Security is quick to respond though whenever there is a threat for safety in the complex. The soundproofing of the walls/floors is very poor. I live on the lower level and I hear... my neighbor walking across my ceiling all the time. I can also hear her dog running across! I even hear her washing machine/dryer going when she does her laundry. Occasional bugs here and there, but nothing crazy. Also, ventilation is not that great-I can open all the windows and my unit would still be stuffy. Overall, I would give this place a C . I cannot wait to move out!

Needs TLC
The entire apartment needs painting but the landlord says no. I've offered to paint if he would by the paint but he still says no. I've lived here 5 years and like the place in general but I asked him if he would have he carpet professionally cleaned. Again he said no. Why wouldn't you want to take care of your investment? The utilities are below par compared to other units in this complex as well.
