This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with easy street parking. By and large, the neighbors respect the park in front of your own house rule except on some weekends. No backyard access. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

You'll be sharing utility and water with the occupant of the cottage in back.

A pet is possible but it would depend on the pet.
