121 Santa Fe is a tri-plex that was built in 1910 (originally as a "cat house"). Today, this place is great for a friendly quiet people, who don't mind "sharing the building" with other friendly quiet neighbors, and like being near an adorable little... town close to the San Francisco bay.

One block away is the small historic town of Point Richmond, where you will find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries. During the evening, you have your choice of watching a play at the little 50 person Masquer's playhouse, enjoying a lavish dinner at Hotel Mac, or listening to some quality live music at a nearby bar / restaurant.

About 1 mile away are the Point Richmond hills which contain a maze of trails, great for mountain biking and hiking with some fantastic 3 bridge views (Golden Gate bridge, Richmond-San Rafael bridge, and Bay Bridge)

Wonderfully sweet neighbors are on all sides. Richmond's best public elementary school is 4 blocks away. A bus stop is 1 block away (15min bus ride to BART).
