Dogs start barking at 5am and keep barking for hours until 10pm. Management doesn't want to do anything about it.
Building is very old and doesn't have air conditioning. There are these ancient in-wall heaters which make a lot of noise and you could not really set a temperature which you want.
The hot water pressure keeps changing all the time and could go from cold to extremely hot in a few seconds, so taking a shower could be a challenge.
Rent is increasing by several hundred dollars almost... every year.

This Is Not A Secure Building
My daughter who was staying at the Ocean Club Apartment in Redondo Beach walked in on a Strange Mentally ill Man in her home. How did he get in? He Scaled the walls and came in through the patio. Most of us believe that if we live on the top floor we are ok, not so, they can climb. So please lock up tight. She got away, called the police, but they did not come right away, 911 is a joke. She had to call again, finally the police arrived, but he got away. They took his finger prints and... were ale to identify him, apparently he went to another ladies home at the same apartment I don't know what happened to her. Apparently, they found and arrested him. Second lesson, make sure you keep calling 911. Security showed up with Cops.
This is not a secure living place.

Like living in an oceanfront resort
The ocean views we enjoy from the living room and balcony make us feel like we are on vacation everyday. Our balcony also overlooks the large (and nicest on the beach) pool area and lush tropical landscaping. We were attracted to the all new finishes, terrific layout, laundry in-the-unit, and a walk-in. With the restaurant on-site (including delivery service), access to the shops on the waterfront, gym and even a business center, it is resort living at its best!
