This is a really good apartment since it's so close to the university. Even though the buildings are a little old, the inside is really nice. Maintenance comes really quick when you call them. There is a small playground for children, a large pool, small gym, several laundry rooms, and a bbq area. It's super quiet considering a lot of college students live there. Parking can get a little tough when you didn't buy a spot. There are times when you will have to park on the street, but it's not a... problem as the apartment has its own security that patrol around at night. All in all, it's really amazing and well worth the price.

I love my apartment
I love this apartment but I do struggle to pay the rent, by the time I pay the rent in the beginning of the month I don't have enough money for food for the next two weeks and gas for my car and I could use the help so that I can get back on my feet again. I want to be able to be build up my checking account instead of always living off of each paycheck every two weeks. It has been hard. So please consider me because this would totally help me out.
