I absolutely love living at The Grayson! The property is always clean and well maintained, and management is attentive, caring, and quick to respond. Every work order I’ve submitted has been handled in a timely by Adam.

I’ve seen cars towed on occasion, but that only happens when people park illegally, like in handicap spaces or in someone else’s assigned spot. Residents here take pride in the community and respect for others goes a long way.

There are a lot of new faces lately, which just... shows how desirable it is to live here. I’ve personally recommended Grayson to both friends and family. The grounds are always clean, and the pool area is beautiful, and kids love it now that it is open again.

The property manager was excellent in doing her job. The last property manager before Lourdes was good at all. When Lourdes came aboard my request for maintenance or just anything I needed she would get back to me the same day or.next day and get things done. She's definitely a 5 star manager. Which is rare

I moved in to one of the renovated two bedrooms. They are beautifully built with a washer and dryer in unit. Good sized master bedroom fits all my furniture from my previous apartment. Move-in process was easy and inputting maintenance requests online is accessible for my own schedule as I am at work during the day. It looks like the complex is still improving the community which is nice to see.
