Dave & Lisa are amazing property managers. They are so knowledgeable and helpful! The community is always clean and taken care of. Problems are taken care of right away & maintenance and upkeep of the property are always perfect. Fernando is very kind and helpful and the surrounding area is always quite, safe and beautiful. Great Experience
I've been living here for a year and half and I've had a great experience living here. There's so many perks to living here. To start, all utilities except electricity and internet are included. Cats allowed, no cat rent only just a deposit. Quiet neighborhood, neighbors are nice. Central AC and heating! This is wonderful because the whole apartment gets nice and cold or warm and toasty. Tankless heating so unlimited hot water! The building has an elevator so moving in or out is easier. The... managers are really nice and are a phone call/email away. The only negative I'd say is just sharing the laundry since there's only 1 washer and 1 dryer per side (East and West) per floor so it's a bit of a pain to wash clothes. But other than that, great experience living here especially for the price and location. Definitely recommend.
