I've been living here about a year, and I regret doing so. So many things wrong with this building: - The grill outside is NEVER cleaned by tenants or maintenance, and they are too disgusting to cook on. So there's really no grill. - There's a SERIOUS parking issue. The landlord allows students from the school down the street to park in the carports. Which means, taking spaces from tenants and giving new tenants the terrible spots down the alley way. I had to literally fight for a carport... parking space when there were several empty units at the time. They prioritize students that don't live there over actual tenants. - The in-unit washer and dryer is a 2-in-1. Sounds great until it's time to dry your clothes. Be prepared for one load to take 4 hours to dry. And still not be dry lol. Mentioning this for those that must have an in-unit washer and dryer. I would pass on this place if that is a dealbreaker. - Most of the neighbors are not friendly at all.
If you are looking for a place near downtown Pasadena, I HIGHTLY SUGGEST to look at other apartments. This one is pretty on the outside but not well maintained internally. Also, good luck getting ahold of the leasing office if you have ANY issues. They are slow or will just ignore you.
