I have been living here for three years now. Very clean and well kept up. Office personal are very friendly. Connie, Flor and Monica are always with a smile and also pay attention to your needs.
I’m glad that I was given a chance here at Canyon Creek Apartment. Happy to be staying here.

I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff. When I arrived to sign the lease not only was I given the numbers of utility companies but the name and numbers of nearby restaurants, markets and pharmacies. On the day I moved in the maintenance staff came out not just once but twice for two unrelated issues. At my old apartments it would have taken an act of God to get someone to come out to repair something. Not only was the manager useless but to get the property... management company to do anything you would have to file a complaint with the housing board.
Canyon Creek apartments is like a breath of fresh air as far as dealing with any apartment complex. I would give them a 10 out of 10 stars for service and helpfulness.
