Don’t apply unless you’re 100% sure that your moving in. I waited over 7 days after numerous phone calls for my deposit back and nothing. I had to dispute the transaction through my bank. $750 that they hold on to and it’s a lot of work to get it back if you don’t move in.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I apologize that you had a negative experience at our community. When a prospect applies for an apartment we ask for a deposit that will pull and hold the apartment for an applicant until... they sign their lease. This amount becomes your security deposit to be refunded at the end of a lease if no damages occur. This amount is refunded if an applicant is denied and if an applicant changes their mind and wants to back out of an application within 24 hours after applying.
