The apartment was gross, had trash everywhere, dirty underwear behind the dryer, there were dozens of screw all over the floor from the poorly installed carpet, and marks all over the walls. The appliances are old and insanely cheap they all had issues at least once in the year we lived here. We left it better than we found it and they still took the entire deposit and charged hundreds of dollars more. Our cars were broken into and stolen from, someone tried to get into our apartment in the... middle of the night, and there were homeless and others using hard drugs in the stairwell. We frequently found used condoms in our stairwell and in the bushes in front of our building. Most people have their dogs off leash and don’t pick up their poop. The leasing office took days to respond, even if you knocked on the door they wouldn’t answer. Parking is horrible. It may be cheaper but I would happily pay more to not live in such a garbage heap. There was only one good thing about the complex: the apartment was really soundproof, you cannot hear anyone upstairs or downstairs. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it: whirlpool was filthy, in 2 months they never cleaned it. The restrooms in the pool were always closed, the clubhouse was closed all the time. Avoid this place at all cost. Two weeks after moving in they decide to reserve and sell all the uncovered parking that was promised to us. Due to this we started to park in the "Visitor" spots until last night our car was towed. Turns out they also rented out the "Visitor" parking spots to increase profits. Now we have to pay $360 after being towed in a clearly marked "Visitor" space. When I confronted the manager Jonathon he replied "there's numbers on top of where it says Visitor so you see... what you want to see". He clearly acknowledged it said "Visitor" but told us we choose what we want to see! We only received one email about this and the email tells us to park in "Visitor" spots. My family and I have relocated from Los Angeles a month ago and they have been treated horribly

Staff are nice until you ask for your deposit back they will try EVERYTHING to not give it back.

If they treat us like that I could only imagine how they would treat my mother who will now no longer be a resident at terra vista

They take all of your security deposit!!!!!! There is nothing good to say about this dump. The trash piles up all the time, my door handle broke and could not get them to fix it (it took 17 days to get that done). My down stairs neighbor barbecued all the time and smoked use out (we only had 1 window and the sliding door). They painted my apartment and told me I was a smoker(I never have smoked a day in my life). My apartment wasn't even clean when I moved in the stove had never been cleaned,... under the washer and dryer and refrigerator was not cleaned either.
