I lived in Courtyard Apartments for 4 years. Every year, the rent is raised by 6-8 percent. The complex does not have a pool, despite what is advertised on this website. You share a garage with another resident, and the garage, by the way, has an old school lock! Not even an automatic garage!
There is no visitor parking, and street parking is a nightmare. Because parking is so scarce, residents must park at Wells Fargo two blocks away or elsewhere.
The apartments are really small, and... security is a complete farce! Graffiti every night, they robbed one of the neighbors at gunpoint in the middle of the day, and despite signs to the contrary, the management does not have cameras filming the area.
