I've had a great experience living at Avel. The building is beautiful, modern, and full of thoughtful touches that make daily life easier and more enjoyable. The amenities are honestly top-notch and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
One of my favorite parts about living here has been the community events. They're such a fun and easy way to meet neighbors, especially if you're new to the area. It really helps foster a sense of community, which isn't always easy to find... in apartment living.
It's also super dog-friendly, which was a must for me. The pet area and grooming station are so convenient, and I love meeting seeing other residents out with their pups.

Beautiful Complex
I was there for a roof top event and it was beautiful. The pizza oven and the wok is such a great amenity to have. I’ve never seen an apartment complex so taken care of. I love the ambiance overall, definitely a modern up to date look. It’s such a beautiful complex to live in.

Good!
Avel offers modern, well-kept units with updated finishes like stainless-steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and stylish flooring. The community is quiet. The community has great amenities—including a rooftop lounge, saltwater pool, spa, and fitness center—and the grounds are generally clean and well maintained. Staff and maintenance are responsive, and the location is convenient for commuting and accessing nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live,... although they could benefit from more accessible and affordable events for tenants.

Management Lies
The management here is horrible and lied to get me into a lease. They showed me a quiet unit and then when I moved in they started construction the next day never telling me about it before hand. I now cant work from home and there are no other units that could be suitable so I am going to have to get a lawyer and sue them. Dont move here, dont trust management.

Great Community
I moved in almost 7 months ago and I am very happy that I have made the decision to renewing my lease at my old apartment. I have nothing but great things to say about My experience at Aura and the entire management team! Jeff our community manager goes above and beyond in making all residents comfortable and happy! Carissa, Alyssa and Vanessa are always there to help with anything you need and George is always there to help with any maintenance needs! What I love the most about living here are... the monthly fun activities for our community! I also love how safe I feel living here. The security is always quick to respond to any reports and always on top of things. I love the fact that we have different apps that we can use that are very useful when controlling your access to your apartment, AC, ETC…. Not to mention the beautiful amenities here! So far very pleased with Aura and the entire team! Thank you so much :)
