This tiny cottage is truly a standalone... home (no common walls means no noisy neighbors) and was named in honor of Ted Glasener, a well known and longtime Orange resident. If you love architecture, all things vintage, and dig tiny homes, then you'll love Ted's Garage (sorry but due to its quaintness, this is a single occupancy unit).

What separates this home from others is the numerous cool features, attention to detail, and it is brimming with next-level quality. This cottage is one of five homes that makeup the Shaffer Cottages and sewer. Tenant pays gas, electric, wifi/cable.
