Maintenance Request I recently submitted 3 maintenance requests and all 3 have been addressed and resolved. One of my repair requests involves ordering a particular exterior door, so it will take awhile, but, the staff notified me ( in person!) of the situation, . Greatly appreciated the timely response.

Maintenance request finished Dave came and quickly fixed our shower curtain rod seat. He reviewed the water dripping situation and said he would have to check into the upstairs apartments and return to finalize fixation of the issue, which he promptly did. He is a kind and friend worker and I appreciated his manners!
