Leasing process was great!
I recommend the leasing staff here. Alma assisted me with the process and I was able to get the keys for my apartment. The condition of the unit was tiotop shape andready for me to move-in.

Terrible Management and maintenance
The elevator in building 59 doesn't have a current license posted. Trash rooms on each floor are closed. Tenants are responsible for taking their own trash down to the dumpster. None of the computers work. No idea where the "state of the art" gym or fitness center is located. There is always trash in front of the building. Many tenants smoke in their units and you can smell it in the hallways. There are a lot of people younger than 55 who appear to live in the senior buildings. Generally nice... neighbors though. Lots and lots of pests in most units, especially cockroaches and flying bugs. Not enough washers and dryers and they are often broken. Rules are inconsistently enforced, especially noise and smoking. Very little support or accomodations for seniors or disabled people. Safety is not important or a priority to management!

Pleasant Community
Quiet, tranquil community. Management, office staff and maintenance are all wonderful people with good intentions. They do their best and I can personally attribute to how they can rise above and beyond expectations when issues are more severe. I’ve been here for 1.5 years and wouldn’t be discouraged to stay another 10 years.

Above & beyond
Both Kelsey & Reina were great!
Especially when I informed them that I lived in wheatland
They were very patient with me as I was sending out the paperwork via email As well as very patient and great when I filled out the paperwork and received my keys!!!
