I was really interested in renting here. After a long battle to get in contact with the property manager I was finally able to set up a viewing. When I got there I was informed that they don't advertise on Apartments.com and that the cheapest units they have are $2137/m

This place is full of lead and leaks. You will have to threaten to withhold rent to get anything fixed.

There were leaks every winter. From the floor and the ceilings.

There was one heater, which was so expensive to run, that we, effectively, did not have heat.

Thankfully, the rent was cheap! That’s what we needed and why we lived in this barley tolerable living situation.

The management company was terrible. They didn’t do a single thing, but accept our rent.

I got sick, like so many of my neighbors, and had to move out.
