The Claridge is a great place to start a new chapter in your life. A good way to save money, great personal space, close to downtown. Great staff, clean, perfect for singles looking to get themselves together. I've been here for a little more than a year, never had any problems. Very easily managed with a small budget. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get their own place, get established, and move forward in life.

The worst property management ever.
No really, they are the worst. My ex moved in next door to me and would harass me to such a point that the neighbors would have to come out to the hall and tell him to go home. The only way management would do anything was if I got a restraining order on him. On top of that, they would enter my unit w/out my permission on a regular basis. I regularly felt so violated that I got a security camera of my own installed in my unit. And if that isn't enough for you, I had to dispose of the majority of... my belongings after leaving because of the bed bug and cockroach issue. Stay away from this place.

Nothing is new. Everything is run down broken or on its way. People should not live like that.

Bed bugs, cockroaches, electrical blackouts, garbage piles in back lot,
I had to throw half my things away after 1 month of being there, bedbugs infested everything, bedbugs running around hallways, in bathrooms all over discarded furniture in hallways, management does not fix anything in unit, people are crazy and break what little facilities we have available. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS TOU WANT BEDBUGS.
