Mike was a great host! On my tour of the property Mike went out of his way to be sure that he understood my needs and how much time I had to spend on the tour before he planned our experience. Small window fix Had a screw loose in my window. Andy said he would be by first thing in the morning but it took him until 3p in the afternoon to call me since he was the only maintenance man on staff that day. He was very kind and easy to work with however, so I didn't mind at all. Thanks again Andy!
