I've lived in my apartment at Villa Tuscany for 7 years. I have a lower level 2bd/1ba with a large patio. The apartment has a great layout and plenty of storage. The common courtyard is well kept and feels like an oasis when you come through the gates. For being so close to a busy street, it's pretty quiet. Yvette, our apartment manager is awesome, any maintenance issues are addressed quickly.
