My wife and I have been living in these apartment complex for almost a year now and since the very beginning management has been more than welcoming and friendly to us. The manager Betsy always goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs and always makes herself available. Her assistant Maria is one of the most friendlies people you will ever meet, super helpful in giving us the detailed information when we first enquired about the place. The grounds keeper Ronny is always on the go,... keeping this place nice and tidy. When repairs needed to be done they were quick in reaching out and getting repairs in a timely manner. My wife and I love this place, we've had no complaints and are happy to live here.

Happy home
I am a resident at Imperial Palms Apartments and I’m very happy with all the improvements being made on the property. Recently, they did a beautiful job repaving the asphalt, adding fresh paint, and fixing the entire parking area. I highly recommend this property as a place to live. The manager, Betsy, is always attentive to our needs and truly cares about keeping the community well maintained. All of us residents really appreciate her dedication.

Wonderful place to live
I have had a great experience living at imperial palms! The community is friendly and the location is super closed to shopping dinning and easy access to the freeway. The apartment is spacious And the property well maintenance.the property manager Betsy is very professional and friendly

A GREAT MANAGEMENT
Even though I already left a review on Google, I wanted to spread my great experience with them on other platforms, too! :D So, the apartment complex is really nice! It's clear they take good care of the place, and the location is super convenient, and the office is open on weekends, too!
But honestly, what really made the whole experience stand out was Maria. As a student, I was a little nervous about the application process, but Maria was super helpful, polite, and professional, but still so... easy to talk to. After chatting with her, I was totally convinced I had to apply for this place.
So, a BIG THANK YOU to Maria for being so helpful! x3
Overall, I had an amazing experience here, so definitely five stars!

Lovely home
Imperial Palms Apartments in Norwalk, located on Imperial Hwy, has become an even better place to live thanks to our amazing manager. The new BBQ area is beautiful, and we owe a big thank you to our manager for all these fantastic upgrades. The location is perfect, with a shopping center right in front of the building and a cinema within walking distance. Additionally, the sheriff's department is nearby, providing a sense of security. Since Betsy became the manager, the building has been much... cleaner, and new windows are being installed.
It's very peaceful here, making it a wonderful place to call home.
