if i would have known they clean with a leaf blower early in the morning let tenants do whatever they want i would have not moved in its loud all the time somenones always smoking ther on ther phone on speaker in the middel of complex u cant open window because you smell the cigarette and hear someone tallking loud

Great management company Cleaning personnel Monday-Friday Maintenance on site Monday-Friday Not Beverly Hills but decent place to live.

Undesirable location
Place is run poorly. Rents are overpriced for such an old, poorly managed building. They're making renovations, but its still a rundown location. Our recreational area above the mailroom has had the same gardening soil bags and trash left behind for over 6 months. The gardeners are hedging the bushes at 7 in the morning with (very load) machinery. They'll be raising your rents every year then sell the building to someone else that will do the same.
