I’ve lived here in a single bedroom unit for 6 months now. Every week, usually before 8am on Saturday or early in the mornings on Thursday and Friday, the fire alarms for the entire building go off - including the one in the bedroom. The front office won’t acknowledge it as an issue, calling it “testing” even though it’s been happening every week for several months and I haven’t been able to sleep in on a Saturday yet. For package delivery, they have Amazon lockers but only a few so most parcels... end up on the floor outside where they’re stolen immediately. Otherwise, the apartment itself is nice and the amenities like the gym are convenient.

Feels like home
I’ve been living in this building for about a year and a half, and honestly, it’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived! Everything here is made for comfort and family life - safe, peaceful, and stylish. Two swimming pools, jacuzzis, BBQ areas, spacious lounges for meeting friends or clients, business rooms, and a great gym.
The management team is amazing - always supportive, friendly, and quick to help with anything. You can really feel that they care.
After 1.5 years, I can truly say this... building feels like home - comfortable, beautiful, and full of positive energy.

The best place to Live

From the moment I moved in, the entire staff has gone above and beyond to ensure that residents not only have a comfortable living space but also feel genuinely valued and cared for. The level of service, attention, and professionalism here truly makes Terrena stand out as one of the best apartment communities in the area. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Housekeeping Team... and the Maintenance Team, who together create such a welcoming and well-kept environment. Their dedication and hard work can be seen every day in the cleanliness of the grounds, the beauty of the common areas, and the efficiency of the maintenance support. A very special mention goes to Gerson from the maintenance team, whose exceptional professionalism, kindness, and reliability deserve the highest praise. Gerson consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that any maintenance issue is handled quickly and efficiently. He is always helpful, respectful, and attentive, greeting residents with a friendly smile and treating everyone with genuine care. Terrena Apartments a Place to Home
Terrena Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The community is calm, peaceful, and full of joy. Living here feels comfortable and welcoming, thanks to the friendly office staff who always go above and beyond.
The maintenance team is exceptional—especially Gerson, who consistently exceeds expectations with his quick turnaround time and dedication to resolving any repairs or requests. The housekeeping team also does an amazing job keeping the entire property spotless and well-maintained.
The... Terrena family truly makes this community special. I’m grateful to call this place home and genuinely enjoy living here.
