I came to Terrena as my daughter will be starting school at CSUN next year and Oscar in the leasing office could not have been nicer! He showed us the entire property and even talked about how close in proximity everything is from the apartments. Heavily considering applying when the time comes!

Amazing management
How the pleasure working directly with Lisa. She was able to show case the beautiful property answer and my many questions and was available whenever I needed her. The property is beautiful and well managed! Looking forward to working with you in the near future.

Property is amazing!
I took a tour and all I have to say is it feels you are on vacation. Lisa and team are amazing. Very polite and attentive to details. They take care of their tenants in many ways, the weekend i was there they had a mini pancake cart available in the patio for brunch. Amazing!

Exceptional leasing experience with Lisa
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa and the entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. From the moment we scheduled a tour, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. We visited the property, fell in love with it, applied, and were approved in less than three days. Lisa walked us through all the documents we needed for the application and made everything move super quickly and smoothly. She also connected us with a Spectrum liaison which made setting up cable and... utilities a breeze. Even after we moved in, the support continued and our recent maintenance request was taken care of right away. Lisa genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for residents. Knowing someone like her is in the leasing office gives us peace of mind. She is excellent at what she does and it truly makes a difference. Moving into a new apartment can be challenging and stressful but Lisa helped us so much and we are incredibly grateful to her!

THE BEST STAFF - LISA IS AMAZING
Its an absolute pleasure to experience Terrena Apartments. Not only is the property a beauty and a vibe, the leasing team is one of a kind. Everyone is a 10/10. Lisa coordinates the most thoughtful and engaging events and She is lovely to work with.
