I moved in and the carpet on the second floor was covered in stains from maintenance guys pulling out a dishwasher in a unit near me…those stains are still there 1.5 years later. Maintenance requests won’t get fixed on laundry machines that are still not working properly to this day. Takes months for a door to be fixed near the parking lot. Vandalism was a new addition with some nearly writing a racial slur. My upstairs and downstairs neighbor were loud all hours of the day and night. The street... where the apartment is located is littered with trash and dog poop. My garbage disposal was “fixed” twice where they just put the same garbage disposal back onto my fixture and it kept leaking throughout my stay. If I can give them zero star I will. 17830 Merridy and 9810 Zelzah are being handled by one manager. If you have any issues with the apartment, forget about bringing it up with them. Loyalty does not give u extra points for staying with moss and company for a long time. Security wise even if you report it to them all they can tell you is that they cannot do anything about it. My luck 2 break ins in 9810 and 2 vandalism in merridy and since they dont have any cameras dont even bother complaining.... Prowlers in the building? Forget about filing a complain.
