The hallways always smelled like trash from the trash shoot. Someone was always spilling something or leaving trash in the elevators. The elevator would constantly stop. There was always someone either blocking the driveway or parking in your spot, that you have to pay for btw. Management & Maintenance was horrible. The problem was only fixed enough to last a few weeks, then it became even worst.. aka. My clogged drains & broken cabinets. Neighbors were rude and often smoked cigarettes In the... hallways .. allowing the smell to travel into your apartment.

STAY AWAY!!
Literally the most disgusting apartment Ive had to live in. On top of that they have literally THE WORST MANAGAMENT. Plumbing issues. Big and roach issues. Unbelievable how this place is still renting. Well I guess I know. The person who shows you the apartment promises all the issues will be fixed before you move in. False! Problem after problem and management can literally care less. I wish I was able to break my lease sooner. I would be out in a day. Stay away in all honesty. Spend a little... more if possible and go any where else.
