The owners are shady, you will never meet them, see them, have an address , phone number or any type of contact with them. The manager says no info can be given. When I first moved in exactly a year ago we immediately noticed that there was bed bugs, the manager had told us after signing the contract and paying that other apts were infested but that they had taken care of it. When we told the manager she freaked out and immediately fumigated the apt. They went away but the roaches never did. The... kitchen was not updated just painted over , the cabinets would fall in and the stove was old and missing knobs and the kitchen sink would constantly leak. We asked for these things to be fixed 3 times before they did something about it but they only fixed the leaking sink. The roaches issue was addressed, we were told something would be done and nothing. I had to constantly address the manager until finally I called the housing Dept. They came and inspected everything and ran into the manager and she then quickly fumigated . They didn't fumigate rooms or bathroom so I complained and nothing was done. Finally in February me and my sister gave our 30 days notice because we had to wait for our contract to be over . We couldn't take it anymore , my son is 2 years old and would try to play with the roaches he could have easily ate one! And the parking , my car was swiped and hit by a giant gardeners truck , not once but twice! I told the manager about it I asked her to check the cameras and she said they were just there and didn't work, so I told her to move me away from that truck. When I was doing laundry there and was about to use the dryer I cleaned the lint out and in it was a baggy of drugs!
