Very pleasant apartments. My unit is next to the office and I really like how respectful and helpful everyone is. The service and office staff are wonderful. The manager can always be found in the office, she is competent and promptly resolves issues. Maintenance personnel perform their duties in a timely manner. The grounds and pool are always clean. I lived in apartment 100 for last 15 months an just recently moved. First the apartment. For a 1 bedroom it was not that bad for the price 725.00 a month with 500$ deposit.
When we moved in the carpets were stained an the cupboards were messed up from water damage.

This apartment has lots of cockroaches, I was killing them everyday, coming from other apartment tenants that don't clean up. I've seen them come up the drain in the tub, and electrical outlets. It's been sprayed at twice that I... know of but does not fix the problem.

It always smells like pot in the halls an the rooms at all times of the day an night strong smells come in through the halls. You can hear people coughing from both ends of the building.

Next on to the management, what a joke. They let me rent without any verification checks. I came from outta state and all they asked was to see my drivers license which could be fake for all they know. So cheap they didn't even run a background check or credit check.

If your looking to rent here look elsewhere. You may save a little money up front but once you signed up you will stuck with a laundry list of new issues you never even thought of. At least in my case.

If my deposit was higher then $500.00 an there was not 2 people on the lease I would be going to small claims court to get my money back.

This place is completely INFESTED with roaches. I have been here for a year and I have only seen the pool open maybe 15 days, in the whole year. Management was really bad and changed for one just as bad.
