Laughably overpriced for low end mediocre apartments
Not in a decent neighborhood. Consistent trash and furniture dumping by surrounding areas. Gate is usually broken 3/7 nights a week. People digging through the trash at all hours of the day. Not to distant from the train tracks (it is somewhat insulated against that though). There are worse places, but the price is not really the value of what you'd be getting.

Management are liars, thieves
Dealers, prostitution, addict's, this describes most of the residents. Your car will be vandalized. Home invasions are common. Damage all over complex that gets ignored and not fixed. Gate's are Left open by the dealers. Not a gated community. Management lies, steals, comes into your home with no notice, Wait's till your not home. People steal all the time, management blames the area, but charges to live in a gated community. This place is over priced, its a joke. Don't move here
