We would love to give you a tour of our brand new apartment complex. You will be the first in your state-of-the-art apartment. This means a nice, new, clean apartment with minimal maintenance and... interference in your life.

Our apartment complex was designed specifically with the tenants affordability and safety in mind. The complex has two buildings, each are equipped with the most current sprinkler system, auto-sensor lights in the hallways and stairwells and earthquake detectors that will automatically shut off the gas in the event of an earthquake for your safety.

Our complex also boasts a conference room; a reservable community room for those special occasions; a large, outdoor bbq area, a tot lot; and a 24 hour laundry facility.

Each unit has central air/central heat and comes with a large bathroom with auto-sensing lights that will turn off when the bathroom is not in use. Running late and forgot to turn off the light, don't worry about it. The light will automatically shut off, saving you on your electric bill. Each bathroom also features cabinet and drawer and/or shelf storage and a large tub/shower with an easy to clean design. The hallway has an upper and lower cabinet that can easily be used as a linen closet.

All rooms except for the bedrooms, have dimming lights so you can set the atmosphere for special nights or just keep a hall light on low to easily move around if you get up in the evening.

Each unit also has its own water meter read so you can view your water usage in live time and monitor how much water you are using.

The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the apartment has luxury vinyl plank in a light color to keep the apartment bright. All units come with window blinds already installed.
