Quite place, No robber
Management is great.
Price cheap because it is next to train rail.
I would highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay at

I stayed here for a year and had a great experience with the complex and the property manager. The only time I had to get something fixed was my toilet when it was making a noise and it got fixed the very next day. I’ve seen some people complain about the train but I think I heard it like 2 times during my stay and even then it was not loud. The community is very friendly and kind in general. I would rate this place a 6/5 if I could.

Amazing experience

I have recently moved to park plaza apartments and I can confidently say that I am very happy with my experience so far. From move in to actually living here , it has been a sound process. The location is very good . The staff is amazing (Mike is an amazing person , he addresses all your concerns you have while moving into a new place and doesn’t rush you). My maintenance issue (minor one) was addressed within 15 minutes. Property is well maintained and clean. Apartment has a lot of storage... space which is great. Packages get delivered on doorstep and never had issue with it. Super receptive and accommodating staff.
Overall I would recommend this place 10/10 to people thinking of moving here.

Excellent value and professional property management

I would recommend this property to someone who is cost-conscious. It is an older apartment complex, but overall it is neat, clean and very peaceful. Mike, the property manager, is extremely professional and helpful. He has been a tremendous help in the entire process, from initial engagement to move-in.

Amazing Apartment and Fantastic Staff

I moved to Mountain View and rented a studio, and the apartment was designed to give me as much space as possible. There was never a moment where I felt it was too cramped! The closet was huge, so I never needed to worry about storage. The complex was clean and the area was so close to many different food spots and supermarkets for quick shopping. If your work is nearby, then you’ll save hours on commute time.

I have to give special shoutouts to Mike who’s a very genuine and understanding... individual who was very attentive to any needs I had as a tenant. He had such an enthusiasm that I didn’t find when touring at other apartments. I highly recommend this apartment.
