I was really worried about noise when choosing an apartment but am very happy with my choice. No neighbor noise whatsoever (no more footsteps from above!) and limited noise in the courtyards. I am far from the pool and tennis courts however so I would expect more noise as you get closer.

Pool and hot tub are great. There are typically children in the pool area but it is big enough (even the hot tub!) that it isn't a big deal. Nice enough gym (free weights, some machines, Smith machine, some... classes and ellipticals). Ping pong, pool table and rooms to hold events. BBQs throughout the complex.

PLENTY of parking. Like half the lot is normally empty. Can normally park with no one next to you if you want to walk just a little.

Staff is nice. Haven't had too much interaction but friendly when o have. Service is quick when needed.

Quick walk to downtown mountain view which has just about every type of food imaginable. Cal train is also walkable being on the closer end of Castro St. Really love the area.
