New apartments, everything is great. the only issues are that management has not been able to get things in order, Fitness room still not open even though it's ready, same goes for the mail room, BBQ area, Dog washing station. However the worst part is that garbage on the may area has been overflowing for the past 2 months it just looks very trashing for the property.
