Here we go again, onces again we have no property management onsite onces more. Email back in December asking about trash pilling up again in the trash location, no response for over 45 days got off work early last week stop by the office and ask to speak with Erick our last manager only to be greeted by new staff. Erick has been gone since December and had no new manager on site; this was February already ask about the trash an about a few other things was told they could not answer any... questions since they has no new manager. This place is just great.

Great apartments! bad management.
The apartment complex is great they are new and beautiful; however, we have gone thru 3 or 4 different Property Management groups. Very hard to get a hold of them, you leave voicemails or write emails no response ever. the worst part is the trash that accumulates thru out the week they have pick ups set up for twice a week, we have over 100 units and only 4 dumpsters. The amount of trash that is left on the floors is horrible and not safe at all, we have started to see rats.

Brand New Apartments
New apartments, everything is great. the only issues are that management has not been able to get things in order, Fitness room still not open even though it's ready, same goes for the mail room, BBQ area, Dog washing station. However the worst part is that garbage on the may area has been overflowing for the past 2 months it just looks very trashing for the property.
