This place is not what's advertised its awful the rent is 5 star price but what you get is 0 stars buildings need work dog poop uncontrolled cat infestation weed as a fragrance mailboxes broken and not cared for management petty and unprofessional...I would suggest you look elsewhere

Don’t bother applying, their prices anywhere online aren’t what they seem to be. Just got a call that their prices went up and for the area that it’s in, not worth it.

I moved in about a month ago and I really wish I was informed of all the problems before cause I never would have moved in. First of all. THERE ARE ROACHES. I lived in hemet and never seen a roach until I moved here. There is no guest parking. Guest have to park in shopping center across the street. My bfs car got broken into and they stole her car parts. I have to pay double the rent to break the least and I will get $0 of my deposit back. Even if I stay the 12 month lease I won’t get my... deposit back. The only way I’ll get my deposit back is if I stay 25 months.
