Looks great, but looks are deceiving! Walls, doors and floors are super thin! You can hear EVERYTHING. Every tiny step your upstairs neighbors echos through your apartment. Management and security don’t do anything about it even though they say they’ll send fines and warnings. It never gets better. Also, it’s filthy, when we first moved in they were meticulous about cleaning the hallways and such, now they NEVER clean. Floors, walls, doors are gross. Seems they only clean if new residents are... coming to look at available apartments. Most units are rented out on Airbnb so the people in them don’t care about being loud because they’re not long term tenants. People park in your parking space all the time, maintenance requests go unnoticed unless you call the front office and bug them about it. It’s the worst. And for the price, you’d expect better!
