Excellent office staff and maintenance! Office staff is quick to respond to any issues and work orders are completed promptly. The grounds are maintained nicely and pools are always clean. No complaints.

When becoming a renter they give you a fixed price of what it’s going to be then after you go through the trouble of getting them everything they need they slap on hundreds of dollars of extra fees.

I understand now why they have trouble finding tenants.

Staff was just okay. Apartment wasn’t great. The complex has lots of infestations.
Move out was the worst. No one showed up to my walk out and afterwards they claimed nothing was cleaned. I promise it was. I would NOT live there again

I'm new to the area and found Shadowbrook Apartments by chance. I only been here for 5-months and so far so good. The apartments are nice and cozy. I just love my fireplace, I can't wait for winter.

I lived at shadowbrook for a little over six months and loved my time there. The property is always kept clean and presentable. The units themselves have unique and beautiful layouts. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would have liked to live there longer, I only moved due to work relocation. I recommend this property.
