They don't check the air conditioning units for servicing, and they don't prioritize long-term tenants when it comes to flooring replacements or maintenance-related renovations. The office manager is never around, and the service is very poor; the facility needs an audit.

Anybody looking to rent here… look away. Buildings look horrible need to be power washed and painted. Interior of apartments are outdated and are only slightly remodeled if residents move out, unless you are the property manager and is constantly remodeling their apartment.

This place is getting worse 2 or 3 years ago, the tools of the vehicles began to be stolen.
also some things of the departments and it seems that the manager is not interested because the problem continues.

The units are nice, affordable, upgraded, and cozy.
The apartment manager is AMAZING, and she's really helped us through all of our questions and concerns, which there wasn't many because things are great here.

Maintenance requests are handled by Angel very quickly, although sometimes the maintenance guy seems a little serious, he's actually a friendly guy once you get to know him.

The manager always goes above and beyond to help me with all of my needs and makes me feel right at home. I feel safe here and love the fact that many of my neighbors have lived here for many years.
