I was only there for two months before relocating for work, expect to loose the deposit and then pay more.

I was only there for two months before relocating for work, expect to loose the deposit and then pay more. Example: After only two months I was charged the full repaint, even for areas for which I never entered. Expect to pay for paint exterior to the unit on and around the exterior doorway (your fault or not).

Terrible Experience. Right from the first month of lease period

1.You should forget about your security deposit.
2.You should forget about your security - I had car break-in twice even when parked inside, You will lose your mail packages. No security cameras installed. If you report the incidents for that moment they pretend like there are concerned but will never come back neither your lost packages or lost Items
3. Tells Non Smoking apartment but don't expect that you can smell the cigarette smoke even when you are inside your apartment unit.

Worst Management Ever

I lived here for 2 years. I just moved from here because of numerous reasons.
My rent was increased. The rents across the valley were decreasing due to Covid.
When I moved in, it was a brand new apartment and I was one of the very first renters on 4th floor. They promised me a parking on the same floor as apartment and they couple of months later they assigned me a parking on 6th floor. They said they can’t do anything about it. Not to mention there were lot of car break ins in the parking....
One of the neighbors I know also had a car break in when their car was parked inside the community parking lot. They never assigned a security person even though there were lot of incidents.
Their autopay system overcharged me by $439 for the last month. When I asked for refund they said they can only pay me back after I move out.
When I moved in, I paid $600 deposit. I just received their email regarding the move out charges. They charged around $330 for utility, which is fine. They charged $394 for apartment cleaning and carpet cleaning. The carpet was only in bed room. Believe me I left the apartment clean, even then I agree they have to clean it before renting but $394 for 660 sqft apartment is ridiculously high.
