Not a good place at all lived there for a year and the place had a roach infestation and they are non stop place is very old fashion look some what like hotels horrible housing unit

Well its nice.. the property looks nice but i feel like i can only look not touch because the rules are so strict... u cant make any noise or have people over really.. i tried playing music inside my apt and playin cards and barbecuing in my backyard on a saturday evening and ended up with an eviction threat.. brcause thats all forbidden here.... basically your paying for silence i guess and the price of silence is high.. plus i feel like im always being watched because they will address u... about things they see on the cameras... like if people come to visit u a lot they dont like that.. they just seem a little to overreactive with theyre rule enforcement... the manager is nice but shes under tough supervision and acts accordingly Read More

I was going to give this place 2 stars, but I can't think of one nice thing to say. Horrible. I'm a current resident but am putting in my two week notice ASAP. Constant construction that begins as early as 7 AM all over the complex. I close at work so I don't get to sleep until 3 AM and I get so rudely woken up by banging on my wall at 7 AM that lasts until 5 PM. Even once I've been jostled awake by this construction, I can't concentrate to work on things at home because it is so loud. I am... forced out of my own home to get anything done, which makes me overall waste more money on pointless coffee that I could've made at home if it was quiet. I have tried approaching the manager about this problem, asking for some rent off or some type of compensation for not being able to sleep in my own house, and they refuse to acknowledge that this is a problem. My fiance and I wanted to find a nice place to live that was close to work, and other amenities. We live walking distance from everything! Grocery stores, the mall, restaurants, fitness center, banks.. you name it.

The units are beautiful - all tile flooring, ceiling fans, large layout with tons of closets and extra space. We even have our own fenced backyard. All of the neighbors are very friendly which lets you know you are not just living here, but are part of a community.

Our rental... manager is hands down our favorite part about renting at Lincon Garden. She is super friendly, fun to talk to, and a great friend. I don't think we will be moving from here anytime soon! Read More
