We just got an apartment here and we are so excited. Joseph the manager made everything so simple and easy. We called multiple places and he was the only one that contacted us immediately and continued to update and let us know every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so excited to live here!

I recently drove by the property and immediately noticed the open house setup with balloons and flags—it looked welcoming, well-organized, and honestly stood out compared to other places I’ve seen. That first impression alone made me want to stop and check it out.

From there, the experience only got better. The rental approval process was quick, smooth, and efficient—no unnecessary delays or confusion, which is something you don’t always get these days.

Joseph, the Property Manager, was... professional, responsive, and made the entire process feel easy. He was clear with communication, proactive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went right.

Hector, the Maintenance Manager, also deserves recognition. You can tell he takes pride in his work and the condition of the property. Everything looked well-maintained, and it’s clear there’s strong attention to detail behind the scenes.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Joseph Olsick, Community Manager, and Hector, Maintenance Manager, for quite some time, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for their exceptional support.

Anytime I’ve needed repairs or small adjustments in my apartment, they’ve responded quickly and handled everything efficiently and with care. Their professionalism and reliability truly make a difference.

Joe stands out among the many community managers I’ve encountered. He is attentive,... proactive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents.

Hector brings an impressive depth of expertise to his role. As Maintenance Supervisor, he works tirelessly and takes real pride in the quality of his work — and it shows.

The only improvement I would suggest is the addition of air conditioning in the units. The building’s older construction and limited insulation make the summer months particularly warm and challenging for the residents.

Joseph has been extremely helpful from the initial contact until we go the keys and moved in. He is a joy to work with and would recommend to anyone to stay at one of their properties. Both Joseph and Hector have been a ton of help and are very friendly and helpful.

It has been a great place to build community at Garden Oaks. I have found many friendships with the down-to-earth people here.

Hector is a steady and incredible superintendent of the facilities. He is responsive, understanding, and supportive in taking care of us.

I love the neighborhood we are in and appreciate the access to parks and lovely walks.

A few notes that hold back from a perfect experience...

Management has revolved a fair bit. Joseph seems like a great addition; I hope he... sticks around.

Without central air conditioning (and with great windows), the second floor apartments can get really toasty in the summer!

The numbering three buildings (806, 808, and 810) can create confusion for people to find the right apartment and for deliveries to work out. It seems like a simple fix to get more signage and maps. Read More
