This property is very clean, friendly property staff. Yasmin was a pleasure to work with, made the process very easy and a joy to move in. Highly recommend.

The girlies in the office are amazing always super prompt and professional, I love living at Paseo Villas it’s a beautiful community and working with the Paseo team has been a dream thank you Yasmin, Monica and Heyddy you guys are always very helpful and kind! I would recommend Paseo to everyone!

Been living here for a year with my husband and two small children. There’s a private park with a playground and dog park. It’s about the size of a football field and always clean. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. All walk-in closets. Large bathrooms. Deep tubs in both bathroom. The kitchen drawers are deep so they can store a lot. There’s two large cutting boards which can be used as tables for gatherings. Open floor plan. The only part I don’t like is the patio. It’s very small and... not private. Maintenance calls are taken seriously and are served ASAP. The pool is clean. The bathrooms and gym are well maintained. The gym is pretty big. They even have a stair master. Lots of free weights. The staff are so professional they listen. It’s close to Safeway and Walmart. Two exits from Costco. The freeway is more of a white noise so it doesn’t bother me. Thick windows block most of the sounds. Walls are thick. They weren’t going to raise my rent if I sign for another year but I have to move for a job. This place is terrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The facility is falling apart. The maintenance guy damaged my personal property and denied it. Do yourself a favor DO NOT move here.
