This property has a plethora of issues. Most of the issues are due to the owners of the property, not being willing to uphold basic standards of living conditions. Some of the issues are related to challenges that give the on-site team a hard time to manage the day-to-day operations. However, a lack of customer service and basic concern for people from the front office also cripples the ability of residents to be taken care of, heard and to experience a good place to live. I highly recommend... that no one move into this building and that those that find the ability to move out do so. this situation is not going to get better

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Horrible place to live! If you want to like where you live then do not live here! Roaches and ant infestations!!! Paint peels off after two months of living here! Landscaping is just depressing to look at! If you have a car you will have no where to park it!!! If you ever need something fixed they will take forever to come fix it even if you call 10 times to remind them! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Parking... in general in the city of Los Angeles is extremely short and our property is not the exception. No recomiendo este horrible lugar
Es una saco este lugar en las entradas hay excrementos por todos lados además dejan que los jóvenes tipo cholos suben en el segundo nivel a espantar a los niños porque se la pasan fumando marihuana tomando alcohol no dejan comer a gusto porque se ponen detrás de las cocinas en verdad es un asco este lugar no tienen el control me arrepiento de vivir en este lugar

Deverian dar un parking por apartamento minimo
Estoy apunto de mudarme ahy pero la verdad con todos estos malos comentarios que tiene esta propiedad q no porq la verdad no hay parking y aquí donde estoy actual mente viviendo tampoco hay y la verdad no quiero seguir batallando con eso y aparte quieren q uno pague agua y drenaje están locos ...

Como usted ya nos indica el estacionamiento es un problema que afecta a muchos residentes en esta área y nuestra propiedad no es la excepción. Cuando espacios reservados estén disponibles se le hará saber a todos los inquilinos para que puedan tener la oportunidad de reservar su espacio por un costo adicional. As for the power outages we wish we could do something to prevent this from happening in Los Angeles, usually, DWP will attend to area-wide outages and turn services back on within the hour.
