Horrifying sewage leak and unresponsive management
We had the absolute worst experience living in this building, as did several of our neighbors. We had multiple instances of sewage (human waste) flowing up from our shower drain. Management refused to acknowledge the issue, to the point where the sewage leaked into the garage. Multiple water leaks from the rain coming from the outside. We received no acknowledgement from the landlord/property management company that any of this was happening, despite dozens of emails, phone calls, and... maintenance requests. DO NOT live here.

I would look for a different place
First and foremost, the common area in the middle of the apartment consistently floods, causing significant inconvenience to multiple units. It is disheartening to note that this problem has not been resolved despite its recurring nature. The lack of proper upkeep by the management company is evident, and it is imperative that immediate action is taken to rectify this issue.
Furthermore, the water supply is frequently interrupted, with the water being cut off for days on end at least twice a... month. This disruption is highly inconvenient for all residents and significantly impacts our daily lives. It is essential that the management company provides timely notifications and addresses this matter effectively to prevent such recurring inconveniences.
In addition to these maintenance issues, there is a persistent rodent problem stemming from the dumpsters located in the garage area. The constant overflow and fullness of these dumpsters contribute to the presence of rodents, which poses health and safety risks for all residents. It is crucial that proper measures are taken to address this issue promptly, ensuring a clean and pest-free living environment.
Lastly, the third-party handymen hired by the management company often provide subpar repairs, leaving residents dissatisfied. It is essential that these repair services are conducted thoroughly and professionally to ensure the longevity and functionality of our living spaces.
