Affordable Apartment, Spatious Layout, and Great Location
I've really enjoyed living at 512 Veteran Avenue this year. The apartment was much less expensive than any other options I could find in the area, and offered a pretty great deal all things considered. The apartment manager Traci lives on-site and is such a friendly, accessible, and sweet person. The maintenance crew are also super responsive when anything needs a fix. Even though the apartment is by a busy road, I haven't found the street noise to be bothersome and I also haven't had any issues... with noisy neighbors, making for a peaceful living experience in a very convenient location, given that I am a current UCLA student and the walk to campus is just around 20 minutes.
