This property has serious and ongoing safety failures. My unit was broken into within a week of move-in, with the sliding glass door shattered and the apartment left unsafe for weeks. Management delayed repairs and still demanded full rent. Strangers regularly entered secured areas, people slept in stairwells, and men followed residents into elevators. There are no security cameras in stairwells, hillside-facing areas, or the garage—even after multiple incidents.
The property is directly next... to a homeless shelter, which contributes to frequent safety issues that management is fully aware of and refuses to address. Adding to this, the unit next to mine was operating a brothel for months, a fact confirmed by onsite management, raising serious concerns about tenant screening and oversight.
Management is deceptive, unresponsive, and focused solely on money. Lease terms were misleading, and attempts to vacate were met with technicalities rather than good-faith communication. Resident safety is clearly not a priority here. Do not be fooled by appearances. Do not sign a lease at this property.
