I toured Parkline recently and was really impressed. The apartments are brand new, the pricing seems very competitive for everything you get, and the location is hard to beat if you use public transportation. Having the park right next door is a huge bonus—it makes the area feel much more open and gives you a great place to walk or relax. The amenities were also a pleasant surprise and made the community feel much more upscale than I expected. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for... a new place in the area.
