Avoid Winstar and all of their properties at all costs. They DO NOT want you to contact them about anything. Every phone number leads to an automatic voicemail. When I was able to get in contact, they told me they had no contact information to provide to help. They have DESTROYED my credit over a billing error that is their fault. In fact, they owe me money.

The Electro Apartments aren't so electrifying
I thought moving to Los Angeles would be a dream but it's been nothing but disfunction. Ever since I moved into the Electro Apartments in the heart of Koreatown, things have been breaking left and right. From the trash Shute, to a garage door leaving trapped cars for hours, appliances (that were "recently" updated) already need replacing. However there is one thing that takes the cake, parking.
Los Angeles is known to be a very ticket happy city with extremely limited parking. When I first... was apartment shopping I was told there was secured parking, however the realtor was never up front with how many spots. As I signed the lease I was told I had one space for a two bedroom. When I began to park in it, I was told by another tenant that it wasn't my space. After a week of moving in, the rental office is "still looking for my parking space" in the 16 apartment unit garage. I guess their going to create one out of thin air?
The rent is moderately priced but I do not feel the stress and frustration from the lack of customer service from the Winstar Rental office is worth it.
